15 minutes past each hour is charged for (1) overtime hour. Additional time rate also applies if event runs over scheduled time.
Packages A & B
Allow at least 1 hour for setup.
Packages C & D
Allow at least 2 hours for setup.
Deposits
25% Deposit of scheduled packages due upon signing agreement. $50.00 of that deposit is non-refundable / non-transferable. Remaining deposit is withheld if event in cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled event setup time. All invoice fees are due before set up begins. Any additional charges will be authorized before running overtime.
Booking
Packages A, B, C & D must be booked at least (1) week in advance. In the event of an overbooked package, extra time will not be transferred or credited to balance due. |
